  4. Animals Shelter employee wins unfair dismissal claim – a former Animals Shelter employee has won her unfair dismissal claim against her employer in the Employment Tribunal after the chief executive grabbed her arm, remonstrated with her, and sacked her in public
  5. Former teaching assistant wins unfair dismissal claim after she was apparently sacked for son’s crimes – an Employment Tribunal has found that a former teaching assistant was unfairly dismissed by her employer after she was fired because her son was arrested
  6. Woman at centre of bullying claims at Great Western Hospital describes her “living hell” – a woman has described to reporters how she feels after she was sucked into the centre of a maelstrom over race discrimination at the Great Western Hospital. The race discrimination claim is continuing.
  7. Stourbridge care worker denies neglect and racist remarks – A Stourbridge assistant care manager is pursuing an Employment Tribunal claim for unfair dismissal after she was sacked last year for alleged negligence and racist comments. The Employment Tribunal case is continuing.
